| Abstract |
This paper proposes an optimal sizing of a water electrolysis plant connected to a stand-alone wind turbine. Findings suggest that an optimal configuration is achieved by oversizing the plant compared to the wind turbine and that using a modular approach is limited by capital expenditure and efficiency. |
