| Abstract |
This paper proposes a rule-based bottom-up procedure for solving an energy management practical challenge, namely, medium voltage microgrid black start with battery energy storage system as restoration unit. The aim is to reduce the phenomenon of transformer inrush currents due energization. Experimental results from tests performed on a real medium voltage microgrid show the applicability of the proposed procedure. |
