| Abstract |
According to inverter-induced bearing currents a method is introduced to estimate the maximum bearing current limit from the bearing size for a safe long-term operation. In addition, this method is specified to calculate the maximum common-mode current level at the inverter output for harmless high frequency circulating bearing currents at totally enclosed, fan-cooled drives. |
