| Abstract |
This paper presents an optimization of a GaN devices based low voltage isolated DC-DC converter for aircraft application. A topology comparison and an implementation through a prototype showed the pertinence of LLC topology with GaN HEMTs on the primary bridge and synchronous rectification with Si Mosfets on the secondary rectifier. |
