| Abstract |
This paper conducts research on the functions and performance of multi-terminal hybrid UHVDC systems. According to the operating characteristics of half-bridge and full-bridge mixed VSC, this paper analyzes how to realize the hybrid connection of LCC and VSC through external characteristic matching. The special functions and operating characteristics of multiterminal hybrid UHVDC under core operating conditions such as AC and DC faults ride-though and valve online switching-in-out are studied in detail. Finally, the real-time simulation platform was used to verify the analyzed characteristicsand designed functions in the hardware closedlooptest. |
