| Abstract |
This paper presents an enhanced power management system (PMS) for data transmission applications. The presented EHS is based on a low power non-inverting buckboost converter and provides maximum power point tracking and protection features. Compared to previous implementations [1]-[4], the presented PMS improves efficiency by up to 50\%, reduces first transmission time by 35\% and periodic transmission time by 17\%. |
