   Clean Switching of SiC MOSFET Half-Bridge Module with Soft-Ferrite Dual Cores   [View]

 Abstract   The paper shows the ability to use soft-ferrite cores to achieve the clean switching of the high power SiC MOSFET's module. Even though they add more stray inductance to the commutation loop, but with the careful selection of the core material and dimensions, the drawback can be ignored. The cores also benefit the turn-on and reverse-recovery losses, softer the reverse-recovery effect, which can be considered as a complement for the turn-off overvoltage.
