| Abstract |
This paper demonstrates a method to reduce the voltage stress of the auxiliary transistors inside anARCP inverter. A saturable inductance softens the diode reverse recovery process. The proposedmethod has been successfully tested on a prototype converter over a wide range of currents, DC linkvoltages and switching frequencies. |
