| Abstract |
The investigation aims to establish the relationship between the stator voltage and current and the
mechanical vibrations that cause acoustic noise. A transfer factor based on standard frequency
analysis is proposed which gauges the linearity of the transfer functions. This factor is intended as a
design aid for noise reduction schemes. Experimental results for two induction motor drive systems
are presented. |
