Abstract |
An LMI-based approach for design of a robust multivariable PI-type current controller for a permanent
magnet synchronous machine is described. For given stator-parameter uncertainties the closed-loop
poles remain in a pre-specified region, and cross-couplings between the d- and q-channels will
uniformly stay below specified bounds across the parameter uncertainty range. The order of the
controller remains the same as in the conventional setup with two scalar PI-controllers and a static
decoupling. |
