| Abstract |
Due to the high switching frequencies the design of pulse-width modulated mosfet power transistor converters or inverters shows several difficulties. The high-frequency transformer has to have an extremely low leakage inductance and low rasistance in order to reduce voltage transients and to increase the efficiency. Careful design of the p.c. board is also important because of the fast high-current pulses. |
