| Abstract |
This paper presents a survey of the commutation phenomena in power semiconductor devices used in static converters. lt deals with the determination of the converter structures which allow to exploit in the best conditions the available semiconductor devices, with the purpose of minimizing the losses and the parasitic interferences. |
