| Abstract |
This paper shows that the Application Specific Integrated Circuits will open new ways for Power Electronics designers. Their main advantages are the highly increased reliability and the reduced conception time. It is also shown how progress in microelectronics technique have reduced both time and cost developments for low volume applications. |
