Abstract |
This paper presents a variable switching point parallel predictive current control (VSP3CC) strategy foran induction motor. VSP3CC is introduced as one method of the Finite-Set Model Predictive Control(FS-MPC) methodology. VSP3CC implements parallel predictive current control (PPCC) algorithm bymeans of a variable switching point. In this way, not only can a switching state be applied for less than awhole sample cycle which results in a lower current ripple, but weighting factor can also be eliminated.Experimental results are provided to verify the performance of VSP3CC strategy. |
