 Abstract   In this paper, CM and DM transfer function of EMI models are used to simulate conducted EMI on flyback converter. The EMI model in this paper considers main parameter of the components to forecast EMI. The experimental results validate that the suggested model can roughly predict conducted EMI. Liu chaotic system, as the chosen one, is put into a power management chip because of its effective inhibition. The realization of Liu chaotic system of a hardware circuit is optimized. Using the least components to implement this chaotic circuit can reduce the power at the same time. This first chaotic power management chip on the market will be used in a flyback to elaborate its practical value.
