| Abstract |
To simulate current sharing between parallel power semiconductors and their temperatures during surge current under the circumstance of intensity and starting temperature variation, a new method is proposed. With a set of surge current measurements with varying starting temperatures, a high temperature thermal model and the temperature and current dependent on-state voltage are extracted. |
