| Abstract |
This paper presents the simulation method of conducted noise on isolated AC/DC converter using SiC devices. The leakage current is measured to derive the equivalent circuit. In addition, this paper proposes the simulation method with EMI _lters. The usefulness of the proposed simulation method is con_rmed by comparing the simulation result and the experimental result. |
