| Abstract |
This paper analyzes the working states of the MOSFET-based MMC submodule, and proposes a control scheme which makes full use of the bi-direction conducting characteristics of MOSFET to improve the unbalanced thermal distribution problem in MMC without adding additional devices. Simulation and calculation results verify the effectiveness of the scheme. |
