| Abstract |
The losses of halfbridge drivers with integrated levelshifter have been analysed. The different loss
mechanisms have been identified resulting in an empirical formula to predict the driver losses as a
function of frequency, supply voltage, bus voltage and MOSFET parasitics. Four easily measurable
indicators are proposed to compare the efficiency of different drivers. |
