| Abstract |
Emphasis has been put on the particular aspect of current protection of convertors necessitating the use of fuses whose electrical characteristics and presentation of these, enables direct and rapid applications. The case of GTO's as well as rapid thyristors are considered. Some aspect of the protection of transistors is also considered. |
