| Abstract |
The paper compares in simulation and practice the losses of a motor drive when running FOC with classical PI current control with PWM modulator at fixed switching frequency against MPC. The acoustical sound of the motor is analyzed in both situations and compared. The results are commented upon and conclusions are drawn. |
