Abstract |
Voltage Regulator Module (VRM) configurations are replacing single stage topologies due to their
higher power density together with a faster transient response for demanding loads. Considering the
field of dc power supplies for microprocessors the VRM approach can be extended to higher power
ranges. The paper deals with the design and implementation of a digital control concept for a 100kW
buck converter system with special respect to the current distribution. |
