Abstract |
In dc collector grids for offshore wind parks, stability issues may happen among power electronic converters and passive components. This paper aims to develop impedance models of a machine-side converter and a dc network to analyze the stability. Influences of wind turbine parameters and passivecomponents on the stability are analyzed both in frequency- and time-domain simulation. The resultscan be used to optimize certain parameters to have better dynamic performance and to avoid instabilities. |
