| Abstract |
The aim of this work has been the design and the manufacture of a DC/DC converter as a power supplyfor onboard rolling stock auxiliary systems. The converter is designed and made by means of SiliconCarbide device technology in order to achieve a compact and efficient design. Four modules connectedin series as input stage can manage the nominal voltage of 3.6kV and the parallel connected outputstages provide 45.5kW at 720Vdc. |
