Abstract |
This paper presents a new three-phase generalized multilevel structure for a Voltage Source lnverter. A conversion system based on a five level realization of the structure employing DMOSFETs and controlled by high frequency multilevel subharmonic PWM is shown. Experimental results are presented. Improvements in the harmonic contents with respect to a conventional bipolar inverter are pointed out. |
