Abstract |
A suggested linear sampled-data model of a current source-fed induction motor under vector control is investigated. taking into consideration the DC link current ripple, electromechanical dynamics and commutation phenomena. The proposed model is used for the stability analysis of the system when an integral plus proportional controller is considered. The eigenvalues of the plant transition matrix are examined for computing transient responses . Also the effect of commutation phenomena on stability is analyzed by comparing it with the results of the analysis in which only the fundamental component is considered. |
