Abstract |
The paper deals with the lab-testing of a prototype of a traction asynchronous drive. This original drive consists of a microprocessor control, a PWM inverter and a squirrel cage induction motor. A feeding algorithm suitable to fix the value of the rotor flux has been considered and different electromechanical functions have been implemented to give particular steering expectations. For testing drive capabilities a first prototype was built up by using a PC controller. In this second prototype, control performances have been improved and the whole digital system has been assembled on single board. Set of complete lab-tests are in course of finishing. |
