| Abstract |
Four power amplifiers (3.0 kA peak current, 1.5 kV peak voltage) of large bandwidth (10kHz) have been designed and built using novel technology. IGBT are used as fast switches and are controlled with a multi-level delta modulation both in current and in voltage loop. A Multilevel Delta Modulation PWM Technique is used to perform the amplifier control. |
