| Abstract |
ln power electronics, the passive magnetic components are used under particular conditions. The high spectrum waveforms and the high magnitude of the inputs restrict the validity of the equivalent circuit modelisation. This text reports for simple-shaped magnetic circuits, a representation technique taking into account the hysteresis, the saturation and the eddy-currents phenomena. The measured values are compared to the results issued from this method on two industrial cases involving different problems: predominance of hysteresis phenomenon on a sensor, non-linear loading conditions for a transformer. In both cases good results are obtained with very low computer times. |
