| Abstract |
This paper concerns a model for semiconductor protection crowbar devices usable by circuit simulation softwares. This model takes into account some specific dynamical behaviour characteristics. lts parametrization and validation use experimental observations conceming fast voltage applications and dumped oscillating discharges. |
