| Abstract |
For a piezoelectric motor operation, a high frequency power driver with high voltage is required. An optimum operation is possible if the supplied current is sinusoidal. In this case a resonant converter must be used. This paper presents a design and experimental results of DC-AC resonant converter system. The equivalent circuit for the converter and for the piezoelectric motor is used to simulate a converter operation and to determine its optimal parameters. The experimental and simulated results are presented. |
