Abstract |
This work focuses on a new high step-down voltage conversion ratio topology. The converter has a wide voltage conversion ratio due to its dynamic interleaved characteristics since it can operate in two or three phase modes. Regardless of the phase shift mode, the converter features inherent automatic uniform current sharing at the output inductors, without any additional circuitry. The operational characteristics of the converter for each interleaved mode are explained via steady-state analysis and verified through a laboratory-built prototype. |
