   Investigation of Modeling for Conducted Noise Reduction on Isolated AC/DC Converter using SiC Devices   [View]

 Abstract   This paper describes the modeling method to simulate conducted noise on isolated AC/DC converter using SiC devices. The leakage current is measured to derive the equivalent circuit. Because the high frequency transformer has stray capacitance, the leakage current passing through the high frequency transformer is also measured. The equivalent circuit is derived by approximating the leakage current to RLC series circuit. In addition, simulation is performed by inserting the model of EMI _lter into the equivalent circuit. Furthermore, experiment is performed by inserting EMI _lter. By comparing the simulation and the measurement results, usefulness and validity of proposed the modeling method is con_rmed.
