Abstract |
Low-voltage inverters become more and more attractive due to their superior electrical safety functions.But in general, low-voltage inverters are limited in their maximum electrical output power. Thus, thispaper presents an integrated inverter for 48 V automotive applications based on the ISCAD technologywith a maximum electrical output power of 250 kW. |
