| Abstract |
This paper presents the modelling of a fully integrated light triggered thyristor with self-protection. A two-dimensional simulator with cylindrical co-orinates is used for this task. The SFZ concept is investigated in detail, by varying the key features associated with this structure. The effects of the anti-conductivity modulation ring is also investigated. |
