| Abstract |
This paper describes an Electronic Power Unit that drives hydraulic electrovalves belonging to the intake air valve circuit of a multi-valves multi-cylinder engine. The state machine based control circuit bas been integrated into a Field Programmable Gate Array, together with the self-protection circuits; the unit bas been tested and is currently used on a prototype engine. |
