Abstract |
This paper deals with Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy logic applied to an autonomous photovoltaic system for power maximization. It includes a DC-DC buck converter state model connected between the PV panel and the loadin order to maximize the output power. The TS fuzzy MPPT controller is compared to the classical P&O andfuzzy Mandani algorithms. Results show that: thanks to its capacity to transform the non-linear system in a set oflocal linear sub-systems, Takagi-Sugeno approach leads to better performances. |
