Abstract |
The paper deals with a time-suboptimal control method for. the machine tool servodrive. For trajectory description the cubic spline interpolation functions are used. The critical value of speed for each trajectory element is computed. The control strategy limits a derivative of acceleration, what increases operation accurracy. The axis controllers action bases on information about state variables of the model. The simulation results are obtained for the laboratory stand containing the microcontrollers and the axis servodrives with permanent magnet synchronous motor. |
