| Abstract |
A PLL-controlled resonant converter for piezoelectric motor supply is presented which automatically matches its output frequency with the resonant frequency
of the motor. The motor speed can be set either by controlling the phase shift between motor voltage and motor current or by controlling the amplitude of the motor voltage by PWM. |
