| Abstract |
The aim of this study is to built a GTO three phase voltage source inverter
operating as a shunt active filter. It uses PWM control at a switching frequency which is limited by the high power envisaged for the converter. A solution to avoid the switching effects on the mains is described and tested. The active power filter described in the paper can
be used as current filter and also as voltage filter. Experimental results are given and discussed. |
