Abstract	The benefits of using vector control, applied to the field of harmonics frequencies, for high~power active filters operating at low sampling frequencY,are demonstrated. The active filter is modelled in the reference frame D, Q rotating at the frequencies 50 Hz (Park frame), 250 Hz and 350 Hz. In these frames, the harmonics which appear as DC values are easier to control.
