| Abstract |
In this paper the validity of a simplified method, based on few easily obtainable
parameters, to calculate the IGBT losses in power electronic systems is proposed and analysed. The method has been tested by means of comparison ,with other methods using more sophisticated models aild the results obtained from all the models have been validated by experimental results. |
