| Abstract |
This paper discusses the development of a Microsoft Windows based preprocessor for EMTP which will facilitate experimentation with FACTS devices. The paper discusses the
philosophy followed in the design of the front end and covers the issues of Software Quality and Maintenance and their implications. Included is an ·overview of the functionality of the
preprocessor. The paper concludes with a short description of the implementation of FACTS
devices within the program. |
