Abstract |
The paper deals with the selection procedure for designing of a 5 kW converter leg for the power electronic system for residential buildings. Three different variants are investigated, which are two-level converters based on Si-IGBTs, SiC-MOSFETs and the NPC-T converter with Si-IGBTs. Power loss analysis together with inductor design aspects are considered. |
