| Abstract |
Two designs of integrated magnetic planar transformer called Face to Face transformer are studied: The first one consists in depositing the copper windings on the magnetic material, the second consists in micromachining the magnetic layer before depositing the conductive layer in order to bury copper windings inside the magnetic material. |
