| Abstract | A simple, efficient and low cost quasi resonant LED driver is proposed. The proposed driver relies ona capacitive safety isolation barrier, which eliminates the need for a bulky isolation transformer. Thus,cost and footprint area can be reduced. The feasibility of the proposed topology is verified bysimulation and experimental results. | |||||
