| Abstract |
This paper presents two resonant boost DC-DC converters. Both soft-switched configurations can beused to applications in DC grids and have high voltage-gain. These converters are designed to operateas a converter station at the wind generation-side of a HVDC-system linking wind power generationinto the transmission network. At initial sections the proposed converters are thoroughly explained. Atfinal sections the steady-state response of voltage and load variations are evaluated for bothconverters. |
