| Abstract |
In this work, we present a TCAD simulation based analysis on high voltage trench IGBTs duringswitching conditions sufficiently stressful to trigger the dynamic avalanche phenomenon. The analysesshow the effect of current filamentation on the collector-emitter-voltage of the IGBT. |
