| Abstract |
In this paper, a current source drive (CSD) circuit is presented for DC SSPC and the drain-source voltage overshoot and oscillations of power MOSFETs after short circuit protection of high power DC SSPC using the drive circuit are also investigated. Simulation and experiment results are presented to verify the analysis. |
