| Abstract |
This paper describes the design of a smart power switch for use in converters operating up to 13.56 MHz. It includes a 500 V power MOSFET, MOS-gate driver, level-shifter and control circuitry for the construction of complete power stages for both half-bridges and Class E converters. |
